We hear from lots of GCs and legal teams who'd like to have a clear process for team members to determine which matters work should be outsourced and which should be kept in-house.


Often, work ends up stuck in the "in" tray when it could be done more effectively and efficiently by an external specialist, or money is wasted on law firms when internal expertise could have been better utilised.
